Like the title suggests, the book’s number one priority is to create an easy to follow the plan to weight loss. Ultraprevention: The 6-Week Plan that Will Make You Healthy for Life
The original. The first book published by Dr. Hyman all the way back in 2003. Written in conjunction with Mark Liponis, Chief Medical Officer at Canyon Ranch the facility Dr. Hyman himself worked for the better part of a decade. The book blueprints a six-week plan to identify the factors that contribute to poor health and then how to counter them. Correcting nutrition, detoxing, those sorts of steps. Much like Ultrametabolism, the goal is to create a simple plan anyone can use.
